Terms & Conditions of Lucky Draw Offer:

  1. One lucky winner will be selected in every draw.
  2. For Trader the contestant will have to cross the trades of minimum 2 standard lots.
  3. This lucky draw offer is for all types of accounts.
  4. The lucky winner is being selected through an online wheel spinning program and there is no manual intervention.
  5. The company reserves full rights with regard to following:

    (a) To refuse and/or disqualify any or all of its participants/contestants without any prior notice thereof.

    (b) To disqualify any/all of its contestants at any point of time, if found breaching with company's conduct, trying to affect/harm company's reputation, and/or engaging into any kind of fraudulent activities to make themselves eligible for this offer.

  6. The final result of contest will be declared within 7 days of contest period completion.
  7. The contest results may be published on the official website and other social media handles of Orbit Global LTD.
  8. The respective winners will also be informed separately to claim their prize once results will be declared and their prizes will be awarded to them within 3 months of intimation.
  9. The winners are supposed to submit their ID proof, which they have submitted at the time of account registration, and it should match with the records of Orbit Global LTD.
  10. The winner is requested to officially claim his/her prize within 30 days of winner declaration. In case, winner is not submitting the claim within these 30 days, company will not entertain or accept any claim later on.
  11. The prize can only be exchanged with USD currency and the decision to exchange the prize with its monetary value will solely be determined by the company. The value of the prize will be adjusted after deducting any applicable transaction fees. The prize amount will be transferred exclusively to the winner's client wallet
  12. The winners on accepting the prize, shall be construed as giving their consent to Orbit Global LTD to use their personal details (like Name, Photographs, etc.) for advertisement and promotional purposes and thus no compensation or claim will be payable by Orbit Global LTD hereunder.
  13. Orbit Global LTD conducts these kinds of offers/contests with an impartial view and on their own will and have complete rights to whether continue or cancel/withdraw these offers/contests at any point of time, without any prior notice or intimation to any of it's trading account holders, participants, etc.

  2. Any Trader, if have not completed the registration process, will not be entitled to claim any prize or reward hereunder this contest, even if he/she would've fulfilled any of the criteria of the contest.
  3. This Monthly offer is only for Pro, ECN, VIP trading accounts.
  4. This contest will remain live for 1 month starting from Dt.01-10-2024 to Dt.31-10-2024.
  5. Only the lot size of the closed trades will be eligible for consideration.
  6. The trade holding duration from open to close must be at least 120 seconds.
  7. The contest results will be declared within 7 days of the completion of contest period.
  8. Announcement of winner will be done through email and winner has to claim their prize once results will be declared, and their prize will be awarded to them within 3 months of result declaration.

  10. Reward can be exchanged with cash (USD).

  13. The contestants are expected to share their success stories during the Q&A session in video interview, which will be published on the official website and other social media handles of Orbit Global LTD.

  15. The 4N/5D trips being offered under this contest includes the following:

    a) Hotel Accommodation with Breakfast.

    b) Flight Tickets.

    c) VISA Charges.

    d) Travel Insurance.

    e) 'To & Fro' for Destination Airport.

    f) Attractions (as included in Itinerary) are subject to availability at the time of trip.

  16. The winners will have to submit their following documents for trip registration on receipt of intination:

    a) Commodities: 1 Point = 1 Standard Lot

    b) Currency Symbols: 1 Point = 2 Standard Lots
